Every “Used Like New” ergonomic chair purchased from PrimeSit is accompanied by a physical, serialized 48-Month PrimeSit Warranty Certificate, specifying your unique purchase date and coverage tenure.
1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
This limited commercial warranty is valid for 48 months from the date of initial purchase. It covers all structural, mechanical, and component malfunctions that occur under normal home or office operating conditions.
- Covered components include: gas cylinders, tilt mechanisms, posturefit/lumbar supports, armrest adjusters, castors, and structural frame integrity.
- This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing faults or premature material breakdowns occurring independent of external user impact.
2. EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear over time (including mesh or fabric fading).
- Damage caused by improper adjustments, exceeding weight limits, modifications, or accidental physical damage inflicted by the user.
3. OUR RESOLUTION MANDATE
At PrimeSit, our core operational concept is USED LIKE NEW. Because we do not perform parts-replacement repairs or utilize third-party aftermarket components, our warranty fulfillment is straightforward:
- If a genuine mechanical fault is validated under this warranty, we will exchange your chair by shipping an entirely new “Used Like New” authentic Herman Miller chair of the same model and configuration to you, free of charge.
- PrimeSit will handle and cover all corresponding logistics and collection costs for the faulty unit.
4. HOW TO CLAIM
To submit a warranty service request, email sales@primesit.com.au with your name, order number, a copy of your PrimeSit Warranty Certificate, and a brief video illustrating the structural or mechanical issue.
