Our Story
How PrimeSit Started
We’re a young team of enthusiasts with years of experience in retail, and we wanted to build something small, independent, and genuinely useful. Herman Miller chairs have been part of our everyday life for a long time — in our office, and at home — so we know what it feels like to sit in something that’s truly well made.
Our founders, Cameron and Hayley, spent 5 years in the office furniture retail space, and PrimeSit grew naturally from that experience. The idea is simple: Herman Miller represents the premium end of ergonomics, but it isn’t always an easy purchase. We want to make that level of comfort more accessible — without compromising the experience. That’s why we focus on chairs in excellent condition and deliver them with the details that make it feel like a “new-chair” moment, including original packaging and the full presentation. Premium seating, made more achievable — that’s the philosophy behind PrimeSit.
